Study of reactor modeling in the process aniline synthesis. Every year demand for is growing all over world, and, accordingly, capacity its production. The areas consumption this product are different: production isocyanates used industry building materials (foams, decorative parts, pipe insulation, etc.), shoe industry, additives to motor fuels; pharmaceutical preparations; organic dyes and pigments; herbicides.The object study work an industrial related shell-and-tube vertical apparatuses.The purpose improve synthesis using a mathematical model.The parameters equations describing rate determined; model was developed taking into account strong exothermicity formation reaction.A computer developed, adequacy which confirmed experimentally, allowing determine values output characteristics wide range changes technological design parameters; influence on studied.
